Good Day Potential Parent,

Thank you for your interest in our preschool. We are Christ-Centered Episcopal Preschool serving ages 2-5 years. We are a full-day, year-around only program. Our academic school year is from September–May. The Summer program typically starts mid-June and ends in late August.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:45am to 5:00pm. All students must arrive by 9am. We will only accept students after 9:00 am if they have documentation of a doctor’s appointment.

Parents must provide all meals and snacks. We are a nut free school and recommend Sunflower Butter in place of Peanut Butter for children who enjoy PB & J sandwiches.

We work with both A-Beka and Creative Curriculums, combining our aim for intellectual growth with the need for play.  A monthly calendar is emailed to parents reflecting daily activities. Children must be potty-trained to start our program.

All students must be picked-up before 5:00pm and at 5:01pm a late fee will be charged. However, we are considerate of emergencies.

We are operating in compliance with COVID-19 protocols, which include the wearing of masks and maintaining social distancing. Tuition rates and fees reflect our need to downsize total enrollment to remain in compliance and ensure student and staff safety.

This fee covers 5 cloth masks, a nap mat set, and a yoga mat to delineate each child’s personal space. Families may not acquire PPE independently since we need to make certain all PPE meets the standards and requirements set by our governing authorities (i.e., the CDC, Virginia’s Governor, and the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia).

Safety measures that will be in place for all students enrolled include the following:

  • Daily temperature taking
  • Daily screening: questionnaire
  • Face masks for all students and staff
  • Up to 7 students per class

Safety measures for staff include:

  • COVID-19 testing for staff before reopening
  • Daily temperature taking
  • Daily screening questionnaire
  • Face shields

To secure enrollment you must pay the PPE fee and half one month’s tuition, which will be applied, to the first month’s full enrollment.

The tuition is due the first of every month and will be paid through your Tuition Express account (you will receive enrollment information). We DO offer a bi-weekly payment option.

Please call or email to set up a time to meet with the assistant headmaster to learn about availability, our program and get all your questions answered.

Thanks again for your interest in our preschool program.
